Hidden Trails Limited operates within the Tour Operator Regulations 1992 as required by law. As part of these regulations we are required to protect you, the client, financially in the unlikely event that Hidden Trails Limited suffers any financial hardship. Hidden Trails Limited operates a Trust Account for the deposit of clients funds until their return from holiday. Only upon completion of a clients holiday AND supporting documentary evidence to the trustees will clients money be deposited into Hidden Trails Limited's control. Our trustee has stringent controls of all money deposited into the Hidden Trails Limited Holding Account (Trustee details available upon request). We believe that by operating a trust account for our clients we are providing the highest financial protection available offered by any other bonding or insurance company.
