We will meet you at the airport and transfer you directly in our private shuttle to your accommodation in Antigua where you will spend your first night.

You will visit Quetzaltenango which is perched high up in the western part of the country amongst the mountains and volcanoes, hot springs and dense forest.Here is a city of neo classic architecture and a large Mayan community where you will take in the day before spending the night in your accommodation in Quetzaltenango. (B)

From far away, the mountain ranges of the Cuchumatanes seem like a purple colored wall.This contrasts brilliantly with the local landscape which is what you will take in during the days tour before making your way to Huehuetenango where you will spend the night. (B)

The region named "LOS ALTOS" refers to the towns located high up in the mountains where you will encounter both an indigenous population and spectacular sweeping views across the landscape. Accommodation in Panajachel. (B)

Departure for Lake Atilan. Upon arrival, you will undertake a boat tour during the morning where you will visit the three most alluring of these Maya / Tzuthuiles towns: Santiago Atitlan, San Marcos and San Juan. You will have the afternoon free to spend at your leisure before passing the night in your accommodation in Antigua. (B)

In the morning after your breakfast you will make your way to the beautiful colonial city of Antigua. Once there, you shall commence a tour where you will visit the most important sites and monuments of this world heritage listed city. You shall have the afternoon free before settling in to your accommodation for the night in Antigua. (B)

After an early morning rise you will make you way to Copan in Honduras where you will visit the historically important local ruins. You will explore the city which gave birth to historically important Mayan art and understand why this is the most visited ancient ruins of Honduras. Accommodation for the night is in Copan. (B)

Upon leaving Copan you will make your way to the archeological site of Quirigua which has the highest estelas in the Mayan world. These estelas were constructed between 692 and 810 AD in the pre classical age. You will continue the day by traveling to Rio Dulce to visit the beautiful San Felipe Castle before making your way to your accommodation for the night in Rio Dulce. (B)

Your senses will be overloaded as you take in the tropical landscape and variety of Rio Dulce and Lake Izabal as you take a boat tour throughout this wonderful and exotic region. For the afternoon you will return to Flores to take in the nights accommodation. (B)

You will make your way to Ceibal: another important Mayan archeological site in this region. Here you will also discover the marvelous and crocodile infested River Pasion set in a stunning tropical jungle. After the tour you shall head to Petexbatun you're for your nights accommodation. (B)

A nature lovers paradise, the lagoon here is fed by the River Pasion and is surrounded by an unforgettable tropical Mayan landscape. You will stay the night in Flores. (B)

After breakfast you will make your way to the important architectural site of Yaxha. This was a sacred place for the Mayan people because of the lagoons unique color: a beautiful green jade colored lagoon. After Yaxha you shall make your way back to Flores where you will spend another nights accommodation. (B)

You will make your way to the historically largest and most important one time Mayan civilization: Tikal. Here deep in the tropical Peten jungle you will experience where this ancient civilization made their home and made such important astrological, mathematical, architectural and artistic discoveries and advancements. In the afternoon you shall take in some spectacular views of the landscape during sunset before retiring to your accommodation in the middle of this jungle. (B)

You shall have the morning free to rest up or perhaps do some shopping before you shall return to Flores for your flight to Guatemala City where you will spend a nights accommodation in Guatemala City. (B)

You will be transferred from your accommodation to the airport for your flight home. (B)
